CANCELLATION POLICY

Retro Esthetics Policies At Retro Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. These policies are in place to respect both your time and the time of all clients while ensuring the best possible experience. Deposits A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients are given a 12-hour grace period for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments adjusted within this timeframe may be rescheduled and the original deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 3 times using the original deposit. After the third reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book future appointments. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled in order to preserve service quality and appointment timing. No-Shows Failure to show up for an appointment without communication may result in forfeiture of the deposit and inability to book future appointments. Provider Cancellation If I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, accommodations will be made to reschedule to the best of our ability. If rescheduling is not possible, the client’s deposit will be fully refunded. Studio Access Please note that Retro Esthetics is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs. Unfortunately, the studio is not wheelchair accessible at this time. Illness Policy If you are feeling ill, experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, or have recently been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. Appointment Confirmations Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent automatically via email and/or text. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date. Guests & Children Retro Esthetics is designed to be a calm, relaxing one-on-one experience. Due to limited space, guests are kindly asked not to attend appointments unless necessary and must stay in the treatment room for the whole service. Children are welcome when needed and must remain supervised at all times. Children are not recommended to be present during dermaplane facials as a sharp surgical grade scalpel is used for a majority of the facial and any accidental abrupt noises or movements could be a danger during service Right to Refuse Service Retro Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a treatment is determined to be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
